ASBESTOS FREE STRUCTURAL MATERIALS

DOTHERM®

The properties of the DOTHERM® range of insulating materials are geared to
the demands of industrial application, particularly for high working
temperatures. If you put emphasis on electrical or thermal insulation, on high
mechanical stability or on a good gliding ability - our product range offers a
wide variety of properties,	asbestos free and appropriate for
temperatures up to 1200° C.

DOTEX®

Wear resistant DOTEX® gliding materials with a base of HGW Teflon/HGW Graphite 
are suitable for applications up to 180° C.  These materials are also 
characterized by strong pressure resistance.

ELOFLEX®

Application among other things for spool-protection in induction furnaces
in case of damaged crucible.

DOGLAS®

DOGLAS® insulating materials for use in electrical insulation to DIN 7735.
Plates, assembly units and screws, nuts and rods with threads made of HGW	
2372.4, HM 2471 and special types of thermal class H on base of epoxy,
silicon, polymide and polyester resin are appropriate for maximum,
temperatures up to 250° C.	

LIGNOTHERM®	
In addition to standard items, the LIGNOTHERM® range of pressed laminated,
wood offers special properties for electrical installations and machinery
suitable for maximum temperatures up to 130° C.
